UPDATE: We're aware that many of our travel and select families and coaches will be attending tournaments during the opening weekend of March 11.  We will be accommodating for this by scheduling player evaluations FOR THE SQUIRT AND PEEWEE DIVISIONS ONLY during the following weeknights: Squirt and PeeWee skaters will NOT have ice on March 10th and 11th.

Niagara Jr Purple Eagles will be offering instructional, mite, squirt, peewee divisions.  Spring hockey will be scheduled March 11th through May 14th (There will be no ice the week of March 18th – 27th).  Evaluations are scheduled the week of March 11th.  Online registration will open Saturday, February 13th through Wednesday, March 8.  To register, go to www.jrpurpleeagles.com and follow the online registration prompts. You will need your USA Hockey confirmation number to register online. Once online is closed, you can contact Pete Becker at registrar@jrpurpleeagles.com and register via mail.

Registration fee for Squirt and Pee Wee Squirt(2007/2008) & Peewee (2004*/2005/2006):  $200

Registration fee for Mite (2009/2010): $150

SQUIRT 2007/2008 & PEE WEE 2004*/2005/2006

There will be no more than 16 players per team (this total includes a goalie) and four teams per squirt & peewee division, so SPACE IS VERY LIMITED.

We will be taking FOUR goalies for squirts, and peewees on a first come, first serve basis.  After goalies have been signed for a division, any other interested goalies will be put on a waiting list.  After receiving 64 players for the squirt and peewee division those divisions will be closed.  Any forms or payments received after a division is closed will be put on a waiting list.  If there are any questions, please contact, NJPE Pee Wee Division Director, Melissa Udy. Travel players may register but preference will be given to House Players. 

*Current Peewee 2004 players may register for their current age level but this request must be approved by the Board, and based on availability within the division(s). Due to registration limitations, Spring Hockey priority is given to current House players.  Further, based on registration and evaluation, a player may be returned to his or her current age group if deemed appropriate by the evaluating coaches (example, if a player born in 2005 is coming out of instructional hockey, the coaches may place him in the squirt division for spring)

MITE DIVISION 2009/2010/2011

The Mite league will have half-ice games. Players will be participating in a (1) game to (1) practice ratio, with a playoff and championship game to conclude the season.. If there are any questions, please contact Spring Mite Director Jim Williamson.

INSTRUCTIONAL DIVISION:
Participants with no prior hockey experience or 2010 & younger.

Players will need to be registered with USA Hockey. 

Players registered with USA Hockey through another league must show proof of their registration (USA Hockey card or confirmation sheet from USA Hockey).  Players new to our league will have to provide a copy of their birth certificate along with their USA Hockey confirmation sheet.  The website to register is:  usahockeyregistration.com. This confirmation sheet can be emailed to Pete Becker at registrar@jrpurpleeagles.com 

If you  registered  with USA Hockey during the 2016-2017 season, you do not have to register again.
